As a Client Relations Manager at Sagetap, I help enterprise software vendors continuously measure product-market-fit (PMF) directly with target buyers in the DevOps, Cybersecurity, Cloud Infrastructure, and Data Infrastructure domains. I leverage my strategic sourcing, data analysis, and sales skills to identify, engage, and qualify potential customers, and to deliver valuable insights and feedback to our clients. I have a strong professional background in healthcare and information technology and services, having worked as a Relationship Manager and an Administrative Assistant at Team Select Home Care for over three years. I graduated from the University of Denver with a Political Science degree and focuses in Marketing and Communications, which enhanced my communication, customer relationship management (CRM), and administration skills. I also speak Arabic fluently, which gives me an edge in connecting with diverse and multicultural audiences. My goal is to continue learning and growing in the fast-paced and dynamic field of PMF measurement and customer success.
