About Layna Bond

I am a fourth-generation agriculturist that firmly believes to be successful in life you must give back to the industry that has made you into the person you are today. Growing up in production, raising Angus cattle and competitive show pigs, and being involved in competitive livestock judging programs has allowed me to grow and forge relationships in this industry from coast to coast. I credit these experiences and relationships to my development as a leader that has taught me effective communication skills, strong organization talents, and the ability to interact with many personalities. It is my personal and professional goal to give back to an industry that has done so much for me. Insurance gives me the ability to help those in the agricultural industry be confident that they are insured properly. To me, insurance is like agriculture, we all need it for our everyday lives.
