About Layna Philipp

With over 7 years of experience in educational administrative leadership, I am passionate about creating a positive, collaborative, and inclusive learning environment for all students, staff, and clients. As the Education and Transition Program Manager I ensure our clients get the very best Educational opportunities whether that be in clinic or on their home campus. Building partnerships with all stakeholders is my goal. My core competencies include special education, curriculum design and differentiation, coaching and mentoring, autism education, behavior modification and training, educational interventions, mediation, and advocacy. I have a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies with Principal certification, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies with All Level Sped and EC-6 teacher certification. I also have multiple certifications and trainings in dyslexia, ABA therapy, and low incidence disabilities. I am committed to ensuring that every student has access to and progress in the general curriculum, and that every staff member has the resources and support they need to succeed.
