Currently employed at EnQuest's Sullom Voe Terminal as a Project Engineer on 2 brown-field projects (ESP & NSF).Highly experienced in the areas of operations' management, maintenance & asset integrity. Strong bias for HS & E issues (including the preparation and successful submission of operational Safety Cases). Strong Operational background, including 6 years as Operations Manager for Equinor’s Mariner assets. Several years experience working offshore as OIM, Operations Supt and Project Team Leader.Originally worked at BP Chemicals in South Wales, prior to moving offshore to BP's Forties field in 1997.Promoted through several positions within the Forties' organisation (including periods onshore for various projects), moving to Offshore Ops Engineer, and then Project Team Leader. Transferred to Apache North Sea in 2003.Moved to Total E&P in 2005. Based on the Alwyn North asset as Commissioning & Start-Up Lead on the 'Forvie' and ‘Jura’ subsea gas fields, then to Operations Superintendent on the asset. Subsequently promoted to OIM's position on the Dunbar installation.Joined Equinor (formerly Statoil) in 2014 as Mariner Operations Manager, based in Aberdeen. Initially in the 'Pre-Operations' phase (including the setting up of all required infrastructure for the business; key contracts, recruitment, regulatory liaison, adaption of company BMS to UK requirements etc.)
