What I Do Working for CB Jeni / Normandy Homes for the past five years, I've sold a variety of homes at a variety of price points. Today, though, I'm selling town homes in Argyle, Texas starting at $340K, and many of my customers are first time home buyers. What Home Means to Me To me, home is the place you truly look forward to waking up in every day, living in, and sleeping in. That's why it's such a meaningful thing to be able to help my customers create these spaces for themselves and their families. I particularly enjoy helping my customers find the right home, in the right place, at the right time, and being their go-to person throughout the home buying process, keeping them updated, guiding them, and answering their questions along the way. Home Buying Trends In the wake of the pandemic, I've watched firsthand how buyers' needs have evolved. Where in the past, a home office was often an extra, they're now often mandatory. Another shift I've seen is multi-generational living, and the effect of this on how people live in their homes. My Life Before New Home Sales Before I got into the world of real estate and construction, I was an elementary school teacher, and while at first glance that might appear an unlikely foundation, it's actually served me well. That's because my background helped my home outstanding skills in patience, client education, listening, and being a trusted resource.
