I am a highly motivated commercially trained individual who has developed as a successful broking and sales manager. I have succeeded in setting up a brokerage, developed the Advantage level of membership of Broker Network looking after 300 members managing a team of business development managers and more recently moved to manage and create an AR Network unlike any other. Working within my role of Managing Director for Movo Partnership Ltd and MD of Movo investment group ltd I continue to develop the profitability of the company and work in the interest of our brokers, our group companies our customers and insurer partners. I am continuously learning and progressing in an industry I thoroughly enjoy and of which I have proven success both in results and rewards over the past 20 years and maintain the passion I had the first day I joined. Alongside the insurance business knowledge I have developed skills in marketing, product development and business planning. Recent projects have seen success in strategic development and implementing compliance and business strategy suited to a multi disciplined business. I work closely with our business heads of, our network and the insurance partners to offer opportunity for alI. I have a passion for sales, management and success. I am proud of the results I have created within our AR/ start up proposition building and creating a way for individuals to become their own boss and develop in to insurance professionals. I have amassed excellent commercial and personal experience working with major Insurance companies, software houses, on-line trading platforms and credit companies. in addition to this I have also been trained in compliance and Insurance Law.
