About Lea Cleve

Telling stories behind numbers to key decisions makers so they can make sound business decisions, is crucial in order to achieve business objectives. As a trusted Finance Business Partner, I provide financial information, tools, analysis and insight to executives, and challenge their thinking to drive business strategy. I believe that understanding how businesses work, interpreting data as well as communicating this clearly especially to colleagues outside the finance function, help the business make more informed decisions. My greatest satisfaction is to work hand in hand with stakeholders/shareholders doing meaningful work in the areas of income, costs and risks, and create a real partnership with both operations and management. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed working with a mix of cultures and global minded individuals, as well as with people with different points of view and various life experiences, so we could achieve our true potential and make a positive impact.
