Quality and Sustainability: I have close to 10 years of experience as Quality manager in global multi site business. I am responsible for both more formal parts of the position - ISO 14001, ATEX, Hazloc certifications and CE marking process, but also for coaching of the process organization. I created the processes for Sustainability reporting for our company. I implemented the first EU sustainability reporting regulation 2017, and I am now making CSRD and ESRS to work in the one of the first wave companies. Line Manager: Experience of managing groups working with Quality, Compliance, Sustainability as well as with SW- and HW-development and production, at least 3+ years in each area. Experienced in creating new teams or restructuring older ones for a more effective way of working. My organizations deliver thru team work, and individuals grow at the same time their competence as specialists in their areas. Project Management: 5+ years experience of project management. Projects driven in complex compliance environments or with high technical complexity. Specialties: I have in my toolbox Lean methods for both product development and production, PROPS, Supply Chain Management competence and professional tools for planning and follow-up of time, cost and risks.
