Developing safe and secure medical devices isn’t just my job, it’s what drives me. I lead with passion and purpose in the medtech industry, driving the development of safe, secure and high-quality medical devices across their entire lifecycle. With a background in biomedical engineering, I guide cross-functional teams through complex projects with a focus on safety, quality and compliance. As Head of Risk Management, I oversee a team of risk management professionals, foster collaboration across disciplines and ensure that risk thinking is embedded throughout the development process. I represent processes and products confidently in FDA and TÜV audits and build structures that support teams in delivering reliable, innovative solutions. Working internationally, including my current assignment in the U.S, I thrive in diverse, global environments and bring a proactive, structured mindset to build systems that work - for people, for products and for patients. Beyond my role in industry, I actively contribute to shaping the future of technical standards, bringing the voice of the next generation into key discussions and decision-making. I value collaboration, clarity and the power of strong networks to drive meaningful change.
