I bring over 15 years of executive and legal experience, with expertise spanning organizational strategy, governance, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional leadership.In my current role as Administrator of the Attorney Registration and Disciplinary Commission (ARDC) of the Illinois Supreme Court, I lead the agency in fulfilling its court-delegated mandate to regulate and support over lawyers. Under my leadership, the ARDC has embraced a more forward-looking and balanced approach to regulation—expanding services that educate, support, and restore, while preserving the integrity of the profession through appropriate accountability measures. I’ve championed a strategic shift that values transparency, prevention, and collaboration across teams and systems.Throughout my career, I’ve led enterprise-wide change initiatives, built infrastructure to support sustainable growth, and redefined internal cultures to align with evolving values and expectations.
