With a background in Philosophy, Politics, Psychology, and Economics (PPE) and further training in Design Thinking, Artificial Intelligence, and Professional Coaching, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective to leadership and change. I specialize in Agile Coaching, Executive Coaching, and Leadership Development, empowering both established and emerging leaders to navigate complexity with clarity and confidence. My work in Organizational Design focuses on building regenerative, people-centric systems where innovation and trust can thrive. My journey has taken me from marketing and sales to IT consulting, solopreneurship, agile transformation, and organizational development.
