About Lea Lieb

I am passionate of understanding the "why" of people, their mentality, background, culture and thoughts. I am convinced that practicing true empathy can help overcome any obstacle in working with one another and overall leads not only to a grater work environment, but to greater success. My career path so far has followed three major interests: having an intercultural experience, driving impact from the perspective of a global company and lastly, the ability to raise efficiency by digital or technical innovation. Just recently, I discovered a new passion. The possibility of contributing to a better society with one´s daily work was the reason why I chosen to change career paths. I have significant skills in initiating and coordinating projects in early stages together with partners, internal supporting roles, and clients. I am used to working in large and complex enterprise structures with yet a hands-on mentality. I have experience in collaborating with multiple business units to support cloud journeys, develop effective sales plans and opportunity management. I have been and always will be excited to learn and grow.
