About Lea Lucarelli

After working full time while I put myself through cosmetology school, I graduated and went on to get my license in Michigan. After a few months, I transferred my license to Pennsylvania. There I spent my first few licensed months working as a waitress, hair stylist and FX makeup artist. Once that winter ended, I found myself in Philadelphia working as a Wax Specialist for European Wax Center. Working at one of the $2 million centers as one of the top grossing associates quickly lead to a leadership role as a trainer and then to Lead Wax Specialist. After a little less than a year, I grew to become our Center Manager. I’ve been in that role now for almost 2 full years. During that time we’ve maintained steady sales growth, and have received accolades for our achievements. Most recently, we received an award for being the “Best of 2018” for overall adjusted sales in our price tier. European Wax Center is both retail and customer service driven. I've conquered any and all obstacles I've come across during my time here. I’ve realized my true passion is my team and growing my budding leaders into their full professional selves. Since my time in Philadelphia has ended, I’ve relocated to West Michigan and have grown with my current Franchisee from 2 centers to 4, now in a District Manager role.
