About Lea Roselyn

I am have over twenty years experience as a leader in diverse health, human service, and public organizations, where I have worked to create systems in which all people have equitable opportunities to thrive. I am a proud INFJ - a dreamer and a "doer"- with the creativity and idealism to imagine a better future, and the skills and grit to strategically work towards that vision for true impact. My strengths, according to the Clifton StrengthsFinder, are: Futuristic, Achiever, Strategic, Intellection, and Developer. I very much enjoy personality tests, team builders, and Appreciative Inquiry. I see potential and possibility in everything, and draw energy from expansive thinking and openness. The phrase,"that won't work, we've tried it before" is not in my lexicon. With a background in theater, I instead live by the rule of improv comedy and choose to say,"yes and". YES! And. that is where possibility and creativity flourish. I hold a M.A. in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego and a B.A. in Women’s Studies and English from the University of Kansas.
