About Leah Barrett

People usually say about me that I'm meticulous and that I can't let things go unfinished. Some people would describe me as geekish and unconventional. I'm constantly preoccupied with implementation of new things, and how to think and do things 'out of the box'. Through my previous job experience I learned a lot and I have grown as a person. I managed to do a lot of improvement for my employers and helped my colleagues to do tasks smoother and easier. Making things easier for work, finding right and optimized tools and simplify work tasks are my priority and things I do the best. I have ability to turn difficult things into non difficult things. I can summarise complex and long written explanations into a few sentences. I'm very communicative and I love to talk with people and be surrounded by them. That's why I choose to study business communication. Job positions in administration or organizational activities are perfect for me. I'm detail-oriented and logically minded so I can check things that I've done a million times if necessary. I won't stop until they are perfectly organized and have all the information that I can find and implement. In my job history I had to create, organize and update a lot of Spreadsheets. My favorite online collaboration tool is Smartsheet. I also excel in multitasking. Doing more than one task at the same time is no problem for me. I managed to run a campaign, organise and assign work tasks, supervise and counsel my team mates, optimise work tools, and continue to take complete assigned tasks during working hours. I love to be challenged with various tasks, and I'm eager to learn new things.
