About Leah Boucha
As a Behavior Technician at Total Spectrum, LLC, I provide ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. I aim to give my clients the tools to be as independent as possible through relationship bonding and communication with their guardians. Prior to joining Total Spectrum, I participated on a social psychology research team studying stereotype threat in the LGBTQ+ community and I worked as a Peer Advisor for Eastern Michigan University's Psychology Department to assist students in graduation planning. I am April 2021 graduate from Eastern Michigan University with a B.S. in Psychology and B.B.A. in Business Management with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Upon graduation I was awarded magna cum laude. While attending school, I worked as a server to practice face-paced, high energy work and interpersonal communication.
