I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Ellie mental health since July of 2022. I obtained my Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary's University in August 2018. I passed my MFT national exam in December 2019. I obtained my Minnesota license in Marriage and Family Therapy in February 2021. I enjoy working with adolescents, teens, and adults throughout the therapy process to improve daily functioning and family relationships. Special Interests Include: Working with new moms, members of the LGBT community, working with individuals with medical trauma, Narrative therapy and solution focused therapy. Outside of therapy I enjoy spending time with my husband, toddler aged daughter, and our adorable pug. Other interests include gaming, movies, and traveling.
