About Leah Ingram Eagle
Writing is my passion, and I love to tell people’s stories. I began working in that publishing industry as a sophomore in college and have been writing in some capacity ever college. While working other jobs, I always continued to freelance. Since 2019, I've been the community editor of 280 Living where I cover news, business, government, education and also write feature stories. In 2022, I also took over as the community editor of Village Living, our Mountain Brook paper. I was a contributor for Birmingham Mom Collective and have been writing articles for their blog from 2017-Jan. I currently serve on the Oak Mountain Media Advisory Board, serve as a board member of the Shelby County Schools Education Foundation and Shelby Humane Society and am publicity/communications chair for Chelsea Park Elementary PTO and Chelsea Middle School PTO.
