I am a highly organized and motivated professional with extensive experience in managing high-pressure roles and large caseloads. Currently, I lead the Schools in Mind project at Teesside Mind, where I manage contracts with 23 schools, oversee a team of 10 qualified counsellors, and generate annually. My role involves advocating for workplace wellbeing, managing contracts with third parties, providing line management and case management support for my team members and representing Teesside Mind. My passion for community engagement is evident in my previous role as Project Lead for the Rooted in Nature project. I successfully connected over 400 individuals with nature-based therapy, exceeding project targets by 524%. This initiative focused on reducing healthcare inequalities by enabling access to green spaces for those facing mental health challenges, addiction, and physical health conditions. I also worked closely with schools and secure mental health facilities to provide therapeutic sessions and support. As an Engagement Coordinator for Intelligent Health's Beat the Street project, I exceeded engagement targets by 123%, organizing community events and working with primary schools to promote active lifestyles.
