Responsible for management of a team of Agile Practitioners across Canada providing both leadership and guidance. I am responsible to lead and manage a medium to large business management team or a diverse function in an area of moderate risk, complexity or scope usually involving short to medium term planning, ensuring an integrated approach with other business management areas, broader organization, and enterprise as appropriate. I act as an expert and lead innovator and culture change agent for the Agile practice amongst leaders. My objectives and goals as a business management professional is foster an environment and culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, team work, and a high-level of professionalism.
