About Leah Rieger

I’m a passionately proactive and communicative Technical Project & Incident Manager with a strong track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex technical challenges. With a background in Computer Information Systems (focused on Web Development & Administration) and a CompTIA Security+ certification, I bring both technical depth and operational insight to every initiative. My career began in technical support, where I honed my ability to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders. Today, I apply those skills to lead critical incident response efforts, manage high-impact projects, and align technical solutions with organizational goals. Known for staying organized under pressure and fostering collaboration across teams, I strive to create structure, clarity, and momentum—especially in fast-moving environments. I’m passionate about continuous improvement, developing talent, and building resilient systems that scale. I’m always interested in connecting with others who value strong leadership, operational excellence, and human-centered tech.
