About Leah Rivera

One of the core aspects of my identity is being a mother to my two beautiful sons. Being a mom is the most fulfilling job in the world to me. I strongly resonate with the quote that says,"The most important work you will ever do will be within the walls of your own home," and it helps me establish healthy boundaries between my career and family life. However, I also believe that having meaningful work outside of home enriches my experience as a mother. My children have opened my eyes to a new perspective on the world, and I strive to encourage others to share their stories and broaden everyone's horizons. Professionally, I am passionate about employer branding and the impact it has on organizations. I am a strong advocate for creating a positive candidate experience, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion, and I am fascinated by data-driven insights. I enjoy diving into the data and uncovering the stories and impact it holds.
