My strengths include, but are not limited to, project management, streamlining processes to maximize resources and efficiencies, data analytics, overseeing operational budgets, creating statistical and informational reports that aided in evidence-based decision making for the long-range achievements, leading provincially spread-out teams while maintaining consistent service standards, and facilitating meetings and training sessions. With over 12 years of experience within the post-secondary sector, and an addition 10 within the hospitality sector, other areas of expertise include: time management, critical thinking, conflict resolution, collaboration, problem solving, time management, and my advanced understanding and comfort within the digital environment.
