With over 15 years of experience in the medical/healthcare industry, I have a proven track record of generating new business, penetrating target markets, and revitalizing sales performance. My core competency is building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients and referral partners. I spend over 50% of my time traveling to meet with people face-to-face, using an informative and educational approach to connect them with the services and resources they need. Through my effective leadership, training, and development of sales teams, I have achieved remarkable results, such as breaking a five-year record for the highest referral service satisfaction rates, exceeding sales quotas year after year, and hitting recruiting targets throughout the Mid-West.
