About Leah Stanley

As the Career and Technical Education (CTE) Special Populations Coordinator at Whitehouse High School, I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student has equitable access to quality education and opportunities for success. With a background in education and a passion for inclusive practices, I strive to create an environment where all students, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities, can thrive and reach their full potential. In my role, I work closely with students, educators, and community partners to develop and implement strategies that support the diverse needs of special populations within our CTE programs. Whether it's providing individualized support, advocating for inclusive curriculum and resources, or fostering partnerships with local organizations, my goal is to empower every student to explore their interests, develop valuable skills, and pursue rewarding career pathways. With a keen understanding of the challenges and barriers faced by special populations, including students with disabilities, English language learners, and those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, I am dedicated to breaking down these barriers and creating pathways to success. Through collaboration, innovation, and a relentless focus on student achievement, I am proud to be part of a team that is making a difference in the lives of our students and the future of our community.
