About Leah Taylor

Leah Taylor is a Sr. Occupancy Planner for Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services. She is currently managing a Global team consisting of Occupancy Planners, a Design Manager & an FF & E Manager providing strategic and occupancy planning, FF & E selection & specification, and move management support for a Global client. Her expertise includes building utilization analysis, planning standards development, strategic planning, and move management. Prior to joining Cushman and Wakefield, Leah worked in Facilities Management and Interior Design roles for Tyson Foods and Jacobs. During her 7+ year tenure at Jacobs, she assisted clients to address rapidly changing business, process, personnel, and technology standards and processes. She worked to adapt client space allocation standards in newly constructed space and provided furniture specification and installation coordination. Leah worked with a team to develop a Master Plan for the IRS by collecting and analyzing existing conditions, creating block plans for proposed move scenarios to assist in space reduction and improved utilization scenarios, and developed rent reduction strategies. Leah also assessed existing facilities for the Minnesota Army National Guard through information analysis and personal interviews with various facilities. Leah offers ample experience in the practice of Facilities, Move Management, and Interior Design and brings a strong sense of design and professionalism to each project.
