Working in the capacity of a Group Manager Training at WNS Global Services, I am primarily responsible and accountable for end-to-end planning and execution of Training Deliverables from the skills and process training. Catering to the APAC and North American clients – Servicing Claims Management, Personal and Commercial Lines of Business and Annuities. Creating Learning and Development designs that align with the talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. This includes end to end planning and execution of on boarding, New Hire Training, Domain Workshops (INS), Skills and Process Training. Certified to deliver Train the Trainer workshops based on the ADDIE principles, Adult Learning Principles. As an added responsibility, I have been a Business Facilitator for organizational development training programs conducted In house for the process. I am a Licentiate certified professional from the Indian Institute of Insurance (Principles of Insurance, Practice of GI, Reinsurance, Liability, Engineering Insurance, Motor Insurance, Risk Management)
