Currently a Clinical Nurse within a 28 bed medical geriatric ward - 3 years experiencePreviously a Registered Nurse on a Medical, Stroke, Rheumatology and Immunology ward - 5 years experience.I have obtained my Bachelor of Nursing and Master of Advanced Nursing Practice certificates. I also have completed several MOOC courses through University of Tasmania involving dementia, Multiple sclerosis and brain injury care.I am reliable, honest, bubbly and social individual who is a quick learner. I am willing to go above and beyond for patients. I like a good challenge and enjoy thinking outside the box. I have a strong passion for aiding patients with their healthcare journey, and strongly advocate for patients receiving effective and sufficient patient centered holistic care within the healthcare system.I can work individually or within a team; Currently working within a team environment, working alongside the multidisciplinary teams. I have experience with systems including HBCIS, iEMR, Auslab, RaFT, EDS, Pyxis, PFM and RISKMAN.
