Technology has greatly transformed the world we live in, and with the rise of innovation, we also experience new challenges. Over the course of my 7 years with Verizon, I have developed the skills necessary to positively affect all of these areas by analyzing which solutions are the best for our customers. This is accomplished by not only uncovering my clients’ pain points, but by also collaborating with them to understand their vision.
