As Artist Development Manager for Unified Music Group, I work within the A&R / Recorded Music department of the globally renowned independent record label UNFD- Background: A confident, well connected and creative music professional, extensively experienced in artist management, A&R, artist relations & development, product management, creative strategy and marketing. Broad reaching experience in working as part of global teams, in both leading and supporting roles. I am also a creative writer, highly experienced in entertainment journalism and in creating copy for global marketing campaigns - from client biographies and press releases to campaign outlines and social media statuses and captions. I have been instrumental in the discovery and development of several internationally renowned artists and have been directly involved in the campaigns for globally successful, international charting albums. I have worked closely in partnership with agents, publicists, promoters and more in the creation, development and execution of highly successful marketing and touring strategies on an international scale. Through my experience across the industry, I have a very rounded world view of the music industry, and a multitude of transferrable skills alongside.
