Recruitment is a journey amongst individuals who all want a positive outcome whether you are a job seeker or an employer looking for great talent. 🦄 I aspire to work with companies that will partner with me in finding them the perfect candidate, by understanding the company’s strategy, culture, and continuous improvement. My passion for recruitment is then matching great individuals with these extraordinary companies and making sure all parties are mutually benefited by aligning core DNA traits. 🧬 I have grown my skills in a full 360 cycle within recruiting with strategic sourcing, account management, business development, and project managing as a focus.Partnering with clients to build and continuously improve internal programs, infrastructure and processes to streamline and scale recruiting, including a high-touch white glove hiring manager and candidate experience. I am passionate about changing lives and moving businesses forward to reach their highest potential. I started my career in South Africa and have broken borders into international recruitment. When I am not recruiting I am spending my time with my family and friends, sipping on a G&T or exploring new places. I am a big foodie nerd, always keen to try new things and bake great looking 3D cakes.
