About Leandra Pfizenmaier
I am a dedicated individual who wants to create a positive and welcoming team atmosphere with my fellow cast members. As well as explore what great opportunities the Walt Disney World Company as to offer in many different lines of businesses. My journey started over a year ago when I decided to take the leap and try out the Disney College Program as a romer at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge. That is when I realized that there is such a welcoming community of cast members and I wanted to be a part of that. I am back for a second Disney College Program at Wilderness lodge and my goals still have not changed. I have added to my goals of wanting to work towards management and leadership so that I can have more input on cast member and guest engagement. Outside of work I put my focus in to my studies for working towards my bachelors in Hospitality and Tourism management with and emphasis in food and beverage.
