About Leandra Piscor

Over more than 20 years of experience in Supply Chain, I’ve learned that understanding operations is important, but having a strategic understanding of the business is essential. I’ve developed an integrated view of the value chain, focusing on connecting functions, translating global strategies into practical actions, and delivering results that combine efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous process improvement, always aligned with organizational goals. As a PMO, I led cross-functional projects involving technology transfer, system implementation, and operational excellence certifications. I structured S & OP/R & OP and IBP strategies through consistent planning that balanced demand, capacity, and financial constraints. These initiatives strengthened supply chain resilience and supported digital transformation, with a direct impact on the agility and sustainability of operational decisions. The foundation of this journey was built through sports. I was a professional athlete from age 9 to 23, where I developed discipline, resilience, and a mindset focused on performance, overcoming limits, and achieving results, qualities I carried into my academic background in Business Administration and into how I lead teams. I believe in close, people-centered leadership, one that listens, guides, and supports growth. I value environments where individuals feel challenged, respected, and empowered, which is why coaching and mentoring are part of my daily practice. Currently, during my master’s studies, I’ve deepened my understanding of how operations connect to strategic decisions, especially in areas such as global supply chain risks, sustainability, and innovation. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience such as designing end-to-end supply chains for the first flu vaccine import in Brazil, the Ben & Jerry’s chain, and more recently, for cell therapy products, enables me to propose solutions that merge efficiency with responsibility, always focused on adaptability and long-term competitiveness.
