With a career spanning sales, office management, and legal administration, I’ve built a strong foundation in both customer relationships and internal team support. At ArcoTech Drilling, I support our mission of manufacturing high-quality products for directional drillers. My role bridges inside sales and HR liaison responsibilities—working closely with leadership, shop technicians, and the broader sales team to ensure our products meet customer needs while our internal processes run smoothly. From coordinating customer orders and building strong relationships to supporting recruiting, onboarding, and HR compliance, I’m passionate about keeping both people and processes aligned for success. My earlier background in the legal field sharpened my attention to detail, organization, and compliance—skills I continue to use daily. And before entering the corporate world, nearly a decade of bartending gave me the communication, adaptability, and people-first approach that still define my work today. Today, I’m focused on combining these experiences to help drive growth, support my team, and strengthen our role in the directional drilling industry.
