Self-employed lawyer, with 13 years of experience in legal proceedings management, working in Civil Law, as well as Consumer, Labor, Tax and Social Security Defense (Official and Complementary). Experience in mass litigation, credit recovery, strategic analysis of processes, preparation of legal opinions, advice and customer service. I also have experience in the Public Prosecution of the State of Rio de Janeiro, where I worked for 03 (three) and a half years as a Legal Advisor in the field of Electoral Law. In this respected institution, I learned to work on the other side of the object of the proceedings, since I was not defending an individual, but verifying compliance with the Laws in relation to the interest of the State. I gained a lot of experience during this period, as it is not easy to advise more than 10 (ten) Prosecutors of Justice with different characteristics and my knowledge of the subject increased a lot. Furthermore, after the Public Prosecution, I had the opportunity to work with Real Estate Law and I’ve also specialized in this area, which added, besides to a lot of knowledge, numerous clients.
