I am Senior Program Manager, Growth Lead and Regional Delivery Manager at Centific, a leading localization company that helps global businesses communicate effectively with their diverse audiences. I have over 16 years of experience in the localization industry, successfully leading teams and building strong client relationships. My focus has always been on developing effective strategies. I'm passionate about aligning project goals with client expectations and have a proven track record of managing high-performing teams in multi-vendor environments to achieve significant revenue growth In my current role, I am responsible for the productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness of some high performance programs. In addition, I oversee the Argentinean delivery center, which consists of localization project managers and coordinators, language quality managers, and localization engineers. I also support the growth efforts for a major account, which involves assessing new opportunities, providing pre-sales assistance, and onboarding new services and solutions. Additionally, I am pursuing a PhD in Literature and Critical Studies at Universidad Nacional de Rosario, where I explore the relationship between language, culture, and identity in different contexts and genres. My passion is to guide people towards a better understanding of others through effective and engaging communication.
