About Leandro Cavalieri

I have been an architect for 16 years. I developed, participated and executed countless number of projects, from residential homes to blocks of flats. My usual tasks within the discipline are to design, project and manage the entire project, from the delineation of the first drafts, presentation and posterior development of documentation, to the management and execution of work. All of this is in order to send the finished product to the customer. I am versatile and flexible, excelling in multitasking development. I deeply believe in teamwork and sharing ideas. The participation of people with different views in the same project unfailingly enriches it and makes it better. In the course of these years I not only improved my skills but also strengthened the ability to detect the potentialities and skills of other people, to get the best out of them. I enjoy when I create a communication code with my clients that allows us to advance in the work processes. In addition to architecture, I am passionate about architectural visualization and visual communication and looking for new ways of transmitting ideas. My work as a designer and project manager is to be always in charge of people with different abilities, sometimes very good, and sometimes not so much, and I know that my success lies in adapting to those capacities and getting the best out of each person in the task assigned to them. Self-improvement is always present in my life, including my work.
