About Leandro Chaim

In 2014, after 4 years of working with the Financial side of Reinsurance Market, I’ve discovered my “professional passion”, which is working with FP & A! I feel really excited about the whole universe of possibilities that can be explored when we are developing analysis in order to assist businesses to take the best decisions, to improve their profitability, assess their needs and give them support to focus on what’s really important on their role: selling! I’m experienced on Forecast/Budget processes, where I enjoy creating templates, reports and analysis for the most realistic projection on hypothetical scenarios. I’ve used Oracle Management Reports to aggregate such numbers for the past 10 years (EPM). I believe that it is determinant to keep up to date with the most recent practices on “Finance”, therefore, I’ve focused on developing my Excel and analytical skills which are most likely to assist on my daily routine, but also keeping one eye on new technologies, Power BI, Finance Webinars, amongst other tools that are really interesting and constantly improving. I have a MBA on Economic / Strategic Business Management, which will be an important component on my path to become a CFO, which is my goal at the moment. I’m a self taught person, who loves to read novels, to travel around the world and to help people out!
