Leandro Doca is the Executive Sponsor for Capgemini in the Dallas–Fort Worth region, where he leads go-to-market initiatives and fosters strong connections with both the local community and Capgemini’s employees. In this role, he is dedicated to driving business growth, supporting talent development, and strengthening Capgemini’s impact across the vibrant DFW ecosystem. He also serves as Vice President and Head of Commercial and Contract Management (CCM) for the Americas, as well as Global Head of Transformation for CCM. With more than 25 years of experience across Delivery, Sales, Account Management, Risk Management, and CCM, Leandro is recognized for his ability to lead large-scale transformations, elevate organizational performance, and create long-term value in complex, multicultural environments. A Fellow of World Commerce & Contracting (WorldCC) and contributing author of the Fourth Edition of the Contract Management Standard, Leandro is an active voice in shaping the future of the profession. He is frequently invited as a keynote speaker and panelist at international conferences, where he shares insights on commercial strategy, digital innovation, and leadership excellence.
