I am a Tech Lead with more than ten years of experience in web development with C#.Net Framework. Currently, I lead a team of developers where I assign and prioritize Agile backlog tasks, supervise developments, and CI/CD deployments in Azure Devops. In addition, I analyze SQL reports to resolve incidents and report the progress, blockages and pending project progress to the steering committee. Previously, I participated in several retail banking, Software and Technology sector projects. There, I started as a junior developer until I became a technical leader, being a technical reference for the.Net tribes and squads, and a soft skills focal point for the lower hierarchies. I also carried out technical interviews with candidates and analysis of virtual fraud along with Informatic security. I have a degree in Systems Engineering at the Universidad Abierta Interamericana, which I paused in 2022 for personal and work reasons. I have Scrum Master and Scrum Foundation certifications, and the Microsoft Certified HTML5 Programming with JavaScript and CSS3 exam. My level of English is B2/C1 and my native language is Spanish. I am passionate about technology and constant learning. I consider myself a collaborative, proactive and results-oriented leader. I like to work as a team, share knowledge and support the growth of my colleagues.
