About Leandro Filipczyk

As a Technical Leader over the last 6+ years I have been fortunate enough to be a part of and manage great development teams both in Argentina and the United States, using multiple and different technologies (.net, Java), several different tools (JIRA, Jenkins, Visual Studio, MSSQL Server, etc.) and mostly Agile methodologies. As a Software Architect I have over 10 years of experience developing layered web applications in ASP.NET in mostly in C#, using Object Oriented Programming. I participated in the design, and implementation of multiple web sites and web applications for clients such as Sherwin Williams, The Ohio Lottery, Nestle, Momentive and GE. I enjoy solving problems and I approach every project as a puzzle that needs to be solved. I value my work and do everything that is in my power to deliver something I can be proud of. I'm looking forward to continue my professional development, continuously adding knowledge and experience to my profile and I am not afraid to leave my comfort zone and go after new challenges.
