Career Highlights: FISA – South America - Responsible for managing construction sites, from design earthworks and foundations across finishing phases, while conducting teams involved on complex projects, such as the Hotel Super 8 brand in Brazil. NEX Group – South America - Conducted a multicultural teams and has won several internal awards for being a reference in OHS and quality on construction site. CRS – Australia - Delivered a wide range of administrative, technical and operational support on behalf of this leading regional business. Served as a valuable partner for the business owner, having their full confidence and autonomy in the execution of projects, managing calendaring and project coordination, business planning, cost management, material and tool inventory and customer support. Leandro holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the recognised Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande Do Sul in Brazil, a MEM in Structural Engineering from the Post-graduation Institute in Brazil, an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from SELC Australia, and an Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management from APC College in Australia.
