About Leandro Rosa

I am passionate about technology, operations, and efficiency. With experience in engineering, operations, and customer service, I focus on improving processes and making logistics more efficient. Currently, I lead engineering and customer service at Águia Automação, helping to develop better intralogistics solutions and enhance the customer experience in the Brazilian market. Before that, I managed production and operations at Águia Sistemas, supporting the manufacturing of storage systems for major distribution centers across Latin America. Earlier in my career, I worked in the automotive industry for five years, with roles in Brazil, Italy, and the USA. I was involved in product and process development, manufacturing engineering, product launches, quality control including customer audits and PPAP processes. I’m always looking for better ways to connect engineering, technology, and customer service to create smarter and more efficient operations. Let’s connect!
