In September 2019 I completed my masters degree in Strategic Management in TU Dublin. With this I specialised in innovation in the second semester. As well as this, my dissertation was on the glass ceiling in financial services. In June 2018 I received a 2.1 Honours Degree in Business Management. I would describe my self as hard working, helpful and good communicator with the ability to work under pressure when necessary. I believe in the importance in discovering and learning new things and having the ability to share this. Throughout my four years of college and my current job position, I have learned to work both individually as well in a group. While some of these groups have been friends, others have been people I did not know, in order for this to be successful, communication was the biggest aspect. It is important for everyone to feel welcome in a team and I feel like I take this into the team. I covered various modules which I had a specific interest in such as Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Supply Chain Management, Corporate Finance and Governance, Sales Management, as well as many more.
