I’m Leanne, a People & Culture leader with over a decade of experience in helping teams and individuals grow, thrive, and reach their full potential. My career path has taken me across sectors—from government to academia to tech and gaming—each transition strengthening my expertise and deepening my commitment to building workplaces that are supportive, dynamic, and innovative. My journey began with a foundation in Human Ecology, focusing on understanding people and what drives us. Initially, I set out to be a fashion buyer, but along the way, I discovered my true passion: developing leaders who can inspire, adapt, and lead with integrity. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to creating environments where leaders can excel and empower their teams in ways that align with the organization’s vision. In my most recent role as Director of People & Culture at Inflexion Games, I’ve had the pleasure of coaching over 30 leaders and mentoring an entire People & Culture team. Building strong, trust-based relationships with our executives, I help them foster cultures of empowered decision-making, resilience, and adaptability. Watching leaders grow, embrace challenges, and realize their potential is the most rewarding part of my work. My mission is to help every leader I work with see their unique strengths and leverage them to create an inclusive, high-performing workplace. As an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, I take a coaching-first approach to problem-solving, empowering leaders to think strategically while staying connected to their teams. Whether it's leading workforce planning, navigating complex change, or developing onboarding programs, I approach challenges with empathy, curiosity, and a commitment to finding solutions that benefit both people and the business.
