About Leanne Blance

My career foundation began with MAC Cosmetics in 1996 where I held a variety of positions from the front line on the sales floor, retail manager, and as a regional administrative assistant in Artist Training and Development. In 2012, I was promoted to the Manager of Retail operations and sales in district management for Ontario East and Manitoba. I led managers and their teams to uphold best in class service for the number one cosmetics brand in key, flagship locations. I opened new distribution channels, recruited and coached managers, executed large scale activation events, achieved sales targets, tailored scheduling for strategic productivity, inventory management and merchandising. As a Trade Marketing Coordinator at Safilo, I leveraged my skills in customer experience and administrative organization to support the company's marketing strategies, programs and sales goals. I have over two years of experience in this role, where I managed national trade shows, events, merchandising, planning of well known brand promotional activities and coaching of digital platform programs for well known brands to support e commerce retailing. Currently, I am a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. I help people achieve their fitness and nutrition goals through personalized coaching and support. I have a proven track record of delivering results, teaching fitness classes and building long-term habits for my clients. I am passionate about empowering people to discover a better, healthier version of themselves.
