During my time as a Financial Analyst & Payroll Intern at InnoSource, I demonstrated proficiency in auditing processes, ensuring compliance with employment regulations, streamlining payroll operations, and creating SOP's for operating day to day procedures. My role involved meticulous spreadsheet analysis in Excel and effective communication with managers to optimize efficiency. My experience as an Eugene D. Smith Leadership Intern at Ohio State University underscored my ability to collaborate within teams, leverage technology such as Excel and Zoom for project management, and maintain proactive communication with supervisors to drive project success. Prior to my internships, I gained valuable customer service and organizational skills as a Cashier and Server at Beer Tree. I managed transactions, provided exceptional customer experiences, and upheld financial integrity through diligent cash handling procedures. Beyond my professional experiences, I have actively contributed to extracurricular activities and leadership initiatives.
