About Leanne Britcher

As a research scientist, I developed high level research, management, written and verbal communication skills. I have used these skills during employment at Aurecon to prepare training documents for the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), manage RTO compliance to Quality standards and to facilitate and contribute to production of successful proposals. I have: • Strong editing and writing skills which have used to prepare materials for proposals • Over 10 years experience in planning, communicating, and executing projects. This experience has included managing research teams, working with staff remotely, managing budgets, preparing reports for clients and government agencies, presenting technical content to non-technical personnel • High level research skills to source information from a range of sources including business systems to prepare collateral content • Ability to establish relationships with subject matter experts across the business in areas to efficiently obtain information for proposals.
