Hello, I’m Leanne, one of Mile Travel Group’s dedicated Travel Experts. Organising travel can be stressful and time consuming, whether it’s a business trip, leisure travel or a dream getaway, but I help to make it easy. Typically I work with Corporate Professionals who are time poor and need to organise travel arrangements for colleagues while completing their own work. With my help, they can get on with their day while I book their travel. As a Mile Travel Expert, I’m passionate about working hard for my clients and finding the best option while overcoming any hurdles or challenges along the way. Above all, I pride myself on providing the best possible service whilst engaging my clients with professionalism and respect. From here, I’ve worked in a variety of different roles throughout the industry from retail, groups and ticketing to the Qantas Club and Chairman’s lounge. For me, my biggest highlight along the way has been helping my clients, team and colleagues around me. My strong desire to help others was reflected in the service recognition Qantas awarded me for going above and beyond my duties and providing top-tier service to our customers. Now, I run my own independent and mobile travel business, and enjoy making a difference to the lives of busy professionals.
