Currently the Team Lead for Sustainable Buildings + Climate Action at Entuitive. I oversee the effective implementation of a wide range of sustainable consulting services including LEED, Envision, Built Green, WELL, Fitwel, PIEVC Risk assessments, Audubon, and other sustainable design initiatives. LEED v4 guru - LEED Construction Champion for the 1st Canadian LEEDv4 BD+C NC certified Gold project (Calgary Compost Facility) and LEED Consultant for the 2nd Canadian LEEDv4 BD+C NC Certified Gold (Stoney Transit Facility). Participated in GBCI test development as a subject matter expert in 2018 & 2019. As a subject matter expert, I assisted in item review, where I reviewed test questions for accuracy and validity and approved or rejected them for the upcoming exam. Skills: • Engage entire project team in integrative design workshops while providing input from the selected sustainable rating system or design objectives. Workshops have been successfully executed virtually and in-person. • Resolve issues with designed and/or constructed components that do not meet sustainable objectives. • Writing, compiling and responding to external review requirements while ensuring projects and deliverables are consistently on time or ahead of schedule. • Monitor and control project budgets to ensure objectives are being met within budget, while still providing top level quality and hands-on care. • Seek future business opportunities through networking, good client relations, and presenting at trade shows. Oversee the RFP process, bidding, and preparing submissions. • Provide leadership to Entuitive team by setting high quality standards and assisting all team members in achieving them by teaching sustainability processes and skills. • Conducting construction site inspections and, when necessary, identifying corrective actions to ensure sustainable objectives are being met. • Spreading knowledge of sustainability by presenting at conferences, venues, private functions, virtual events and other speaking engagements.
